Fear // Courage

I’m noticing how fear rarely arrives as a single feeling for me — it spreads, scattering through my body until it becomes restless and uneven, making me pull back without deciding to. Carrying that tension through ordinary days takes its own quiet effort, like holding myself together while something inside keeps edging apart. I call this Fear // Courage — not as an answer, just as a way of naming where self-protection and possibility sit side by side in me. In this ringer T-shirt, I notice one form breaking apart while another holds its edge. One feels scattered, the other more contained.
