I’ve realised that outgrowing myself isn’t quiet. It feels like friction that doesn’t give way. There is a particular tiredness in trying to move while the habits of who I was still pull at me. I call this Old Self // New Self — for me, it lives in the tension of becoming, where what is familiar and what is forming press against each other. In this ringer T-shirt, I notice rings that don’t agree on how complete they look. I don’t know if the broken one is turning whole, or if the whole one is already starting to break. I don’t try to decide. I just notice it there while the same pressure keeps moving through me. The small red circle is where my attention returns when the pull feels strongest — not a solution, just a place I keep finding again.

A – LENGTH: Lay the T-shirt flat and measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

B – CHEST (Flat Width): Lay the T-shirt flat and measure across the chest from left to right, about 2 cm below the armpits.

💡 To get the full chest circumference, double the flat chest (B) measurement.
