Payments & Security

Processor

Casual Clash uses Stripe to process all payments. Payments can be made using major debit or credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Security & Compliance

Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

All payment information is transmitted securely over an encrypted TLS (HTTPS) connection. Casual Clash does not see or store your full card details or security code (CVC). If you choose to save a card for future payments, your details are securely stored by Stripe.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

For customers in the UK and EU, your bank may require additional verification under Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), as required by the Payment Services Directive (PSD2). This process, handled by Stripe, may require entering a one-time passcode or using biometric verification (such as fingerprint or facial recognition).

Data Protection & Privacy

Stripe maintains privacy and data protection practices in line with global regulations.
