Healing rarely means forgetting the parts of ourselves we once saw as flawed. That younger, uncertain self—our own ‘ugly’ duckling—can feel like a tender wound we still hold. This design gives that feeling form: a graceful swan cradling the duckling within its wings. It reflects the tension between being wounded by our past and becoming winged because of it. Our flight doesn’t depend on leaving that self behind, but on carrying it forward with grace.
