We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail, EVRi, UPS, or DHL. The shipping provider is selected based on the number of items in your order.
Items may be shipped separately and arrive in more than one parcel, depending on the contents of the order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Once you notify us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them.
How to Return an Item

Your request will be processed, and return instructions will be sent, usually within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost (or arrange a refund where appropriate).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
