Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, EVRi, UPS, and DHL. The shipping provider for your order will be selected based on the total number of items.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. However, if the item you received is damaged or does not match its description, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
