Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, UK and US. This list may be updated as availability expands.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The exact cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times are 4–10 working days for UK & Europe and 5–12 working days for US & Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and production location.
Orders are fulfilled through a distributed production network. Items may be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one parcel. If your order arrives in multiple packages, this does not mean that items are missing. Shipping providers are selected based on destination and availability.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the items passes to the customer.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
As our products are made to order, items are submitted for processing and production once an order is placed. As such, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@casualclash.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if processing has not yet started, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns
Returns and Sizing
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer free exchanges for sizing errors. Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us at orders@casualclash.com before purchasing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order. If an order is returned to our fulfilment centre due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
How to Return an Item
1. Request Authorisation: Email orders@casualclash.com to initiate your return. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be processed.
2. Shipping: Please use the return address provided on your original package packing slip.
3. Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@casualclash.com. We will cover the cost of the return and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected by our fulfilment centre.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, or incorrect.
