1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Casual Clash website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions

– “Casual Clash,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Casual Clash
– “You” or “your” refers to the customer using our website or purchasing our products
3. Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email; however, this does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted for fulfilment, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Products, Prices, and Availability
Prices are displayed in GBP by default and may be shown in other currencies depending on your location. Final charges may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied at checkout. Casual Clash is not VAT-registered, and therefore all prices are VAT-free.
Shipping costs are displayed in the cart and at checkout. Product availability is shown on each product page; items that are unavailable cannot be added to the cart. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property and Process
All artwork, text, and designs on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These works are created through a combination of human creativity and AI-assisted tools. Every final design, text, and concept is reviewed, edited, and approved by Casual Clash prior to publication.
Casual Clash retains sole rights to the selection, arrangement, and final expression of these materials. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.
Note on Visuals:
For presentation purposes, product images and banners may show designs digitally placed on garments or stock photography. While images are prepared for visual accuracy, the texture, scale, and final placement on the physical product may vary slightly.
6. Orders and Payment
We currently ship to selected countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and selected European countries. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt; this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only once your payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers.
Once an order has been placed, it is submitted for processing and production. As such, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@casualclash.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where processing has not yet started, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
This does not affect your statutory right to cancel your purchase after delivery and return the item in accordance with Section 8 (Returns and Refunds).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and production location. Estimated delivery times are typically 4–10 working days for UK & Europe and 5–12 working days for US & Canada.
Orders are produced and fulfilled through a distributed production network. Items may be shipped from different locations depending on availability and destination. As a result, items within the same order may be delivered in separate packages and may arrive at different times. If your order is delivered in multiple packages, this does not mean items are missing.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the items passes to the customer.
Delivery estimates include production time as well as shipping time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at orders@casualclash.com. All returns must be authorised before items are sent back. Return instructions, including the correct facility address for your specific order, will be provided upon authorisation.
Please note:
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– Returns must be sent to the specific fulfilment facility indicated on your original package packing slip.
– We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfilment centre, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
As our products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun (see Section 6). However, this does not affect your right to return eligible items under this section.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer free exchanges for sizing errors.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate before finalising their order. In the event an order is returned to our fulfilment centre due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer shall be liable for all costs associated with reshipping the item.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and written content associated with Casual Clash remain the exclusive property of Casual Clash unless otherwise stated.
10. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Casual Clash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or to any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Disclaimers
While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, we cannot guarantee colour accuracy or the absence of minor variations due to screen display differences or garment printing processes.
Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.
Orders are fulfilled through a distributed production network and may be shipped from different locations depending on availability and destination.
Where applicable, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes, you may contact us first to seek an informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
