When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email; however, this does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted for fulfilment, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Products, Prices, and Availability
All prices are listed in GBP. Casual Clash is not VAT-registered, and therefore all prices are VAT-free.
Shipping costs and product availability are displayed at checkout and may vary by product type. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property and Process
All artwork, text, and designs on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These works are created through a combination of human creativity and AI-assisted tools. Every final design, text, and concept is reviewed, edited, and approved by Casual Clash prior to publication.
Casual Clash retains sole rights to the selection, arrangement, and final expression of these materials. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.
Note on Visuals:
For presentation purposes, product images and homepage banners may show designs digitally placed on garments or stock photography. While images are prepared for visual accuracy, the texture, scale, and final placement on the physical product may vary slightly.
6. Orders and Payment
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Secure payments are processed at checkout via third-party providers. Payment is required in full before an order can be processed.
We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers.
7. Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, and a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact orders@casualclash.com.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
– Refunds are issued within 7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and written content associated with Casual Clash remain the exclusive property of Casual Clash unless otherwise stated.
