We provide our t-shirts at competitive GBP rates. Shipping within the UK is priced at £3.42 for the initial product and £1.08 for each additional item. Casual Clash is not registered for VAT, so our prices are VAT-free.
5. Orders
We offer shipping exclusively within the UK. Secure payments are processed via credit/debit cards using Stripe and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of ordering to ensure efficient processing.
6. Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, you contact us at returns@casualclash.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the item is damaged or does not match its description, in which case we will replace it at no cost. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
